If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or an alternative method of accessing the information, the requesting party may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website or its element. After exhausting the above-mentioned procedure, an application may also be submitted to the Commissioner for Human Rights.
